Quality guarantee

The freshness of your flowers are guaranteed for 7 days, from the delivery date. Spring flowers (tulips, daffodils etc), roses and locally grown flowers are guaranteed for 5 days.

Delivery

The customer placing the order is responsible for providing the correct delivery date, address and contact number. If no one is home to receive the delivery, the driver will look for a safe space or a neighbour to leave them with, a note will be placed through the door of the recipient letting them know where their flowers are. Where there is no option to leave the flowers they will be returned to The Thistle Shed and can be collected or a new delivery arranged.

Flowers

Flowers are subject to availability, and substitutions may have to be made. They will remain within keeping of the design and to the same value.

Prices

All prices include VAT, delivery charges are not included in the flower price and are charged from £4.
